A Shabbat at the ABQ Wheels Museum: A Shabbat with Friends Gathering for Families and Museum Lovers.

Get ready for family fun and join us for a unique Shabbat with Friends Gathering at the Wheels Museum in Albuquerque, NM. This gathering is filled with activities that will delight children, parents, grandparents, and all museumovers alike! We combine the beautiful Shabbat rituals with a fun night at the museum. This gathering is free and open to the community. All backgrounds are welcome.
5-5:30 Doors open. An exclusive 20 minute tour by the museum founder, Leba Freed.
5:30-6:30 Shabbat potluck feast with Kiddush and Shabbat rituals, singing of beloved melodies, and the pleasure of familiar and new faces.
6:30-7:30 After dinner programs.
- Option 1: scavenger hunt throughout the museum exhibits for all ages.
- Option 2: Torah Study session with Rabbi Dov on the Weekly Torah portion, "Bo"
Pre-Registration Required. RSVP Deadline, Thursday, January 18th at 9pm.
Suggested Donation: $20 per household with $10 to the Wheels Museum and $10 to Shabbat with Friends NM. See registration below. After registering you will receive a link to signup for a potluck dish.
The Wheels Museum is located at 1100 2nd SW between Pacific and Cromwell. There is ample free parking.
