Family and Intergenerational Shabbat at the Albuquerque Electric Playhouse

This Shabbat with Friends Gathering has been rescheduled from the original June 7th date. It is now scheduled for Shabbat day, July 6th and will feature Shabbat lunch in the interactive dining room, followed by group games in the playhouse.  The playhouse offers motion-activated games and active play without the need for headsets or controllers. It is a place that offers great fun and kinesthetic activity with your friends and the whole family. 

Shabbat with Friends is collaborating with the Electric Playhouse to offer a special family focused Shabbat Friday evening gathering which will be fun for children over 4 and up,  teens, parents and anyone who enjoys an evening of games and active movement.

Schedule:

• 1:00-2:00pm  – A dairy Shabbat meal with the table rituals in the Playhouse’s private Atomic room featuring interactive tables and walls that respond to touch. We’ll add our own singing and an original video highlighting Shabbat.
• 2:00-3:30pm –We’ll play 3 interactive group games together in the large game area. The Shabbat with Friends gathering will end at 3:30. But families and participants may stay longer and enjoy the 13 game arenas in the playhouse. 

Electric Playhouse is a uniquely special venue that offers great fun and wonder. We will be able to use private spaces and access some of their best games. Your kids will have a fantastically fun time.

The cost per person is $50. Children, $42. The fee includes Shabbat lunch and access to all 13 interactive play spaces. Preregistration to the Shabbat at the Electric Playhouse is required.
