About the Retreat
Starting in the early afternoon on Friday, Rabbi Dov and Jason Kintzer will help us to prepare together our Shabbat meals and create the environment for a beautiful 25-hour Sabbath experience. Shabbat will feature feasts of delicious food, incredible singing, illuminating study, walks around Truchas, children's activities, and fun for all ages. Weather permitting, Motzei Shabbat (Saturday evening) will feature a Kumsitz-campfire led by Jason and Oneg Shabbos musicians which will recall the best memories of summer camp. We’ll end mid Sunday morning with a brunch, giving participants time to explore the Turquoise Trail and the beautiful places in the Truchas environs.
