What Is Minyan Midbar?
Minyan Midbar is resuming on Friday evening, November 6th with a Kabbalat Shabbat Service and Shabbat Dinner Gathering. Before providing you the details, I briefly spell out what makes Minyan Midbar distinctive and a valuable addition to Jewish life in Santa Fe and in New Mexico.

What Is Minyan Midbar?
Minyan Midbar is an independent minyan (Jewish prayer community) organizing under the auspices of Shabbat with Friends NM (SWF). SWF is a Shabbat-centered Jewish non-profit organization that offers to the community weekly Shabbat gatherings featuring sacred meals, communal singing, Torah study, and meaningful conversation. The Minyan will now be included as one of the variety of ways SWF cultivates Shabbat as a joyful and uplifting holy day.
